Last day of UP Fair, check! :”)))))
I don’t know how to start this post. I am really REALLY happy. Until now, the songs of my favorite bands is playing in my head. Even my voice is hoarse, i am still singing them out loud. Wooo, i can’t go over it!
We arrived so early at the Sunken Garden because we need to get some tickets. And luckily, we don’t need to lineup in the ticket booth because some the members of the fraternity who is handling the fair is selling tickets. So, we bought 5 :) The line for the entrance is up to Palma Hall na so we decided to go. When we were inside the Fair, woaawwww, the quad is very muddy. Haha. So we just forget about our shoes and just enjoy listening to the bands.
Since were early, and the bands are not that famous yet, we stroll around the fair. We stopped in a store and buy some plastic… to wrap and to avoid mud in our precious shoes :p Haha. It was uso, a lot of people did that inside the fair. We also ate lugaw (we have no choice!:p It’s the only booth that have available chairs)
After eating, we proceed to the ferris wheel. Well, that ride was really fast! My stomach turns upside down making my head spin around o___o But no, it was fun! :) When our ferris wheel ride is done, around 8pm, we watched the bands.
First famous band, Up Darma down! :D They sang Tadhana, Oo and a new song. Armi’s voice was so beautiful. Goosebumps. When 12pm drops, more big bands are now playing on stage! There goes Giniling Festival, Urbandub, Moonstar88, Hilera and Silent Sanctuary :”) Woaaaw, i was able to watch Silent Sanctuary agaiiiiin! (It was one of my favorite bands since i was in grade6) They sang Kundiman and Rebound, my all time favorite! Gloc9 was there too. Why so pogi? :p Haha.
And the moment that I’ve been waiting for, PAROKYA NI EDGAR! :”> First song, Para Sa’yo and followed by Halaga. Owwwww. I fell in love at the grounds of the sunken garden again! :”> I am really a big fan of them. Their songs, their band members, how they play, how they write their songs, how they perform on stage, how they sing their songs, their vocalist Chito, woaw, i don’t know, i just love their band, seriously. 1st local band for me ever! :’) When they’re playing, i was like jumping and jumping and jumping and jumping. “C’mon, lezz rock.” I can’t even stop shouting “IloveyouChito” Hahahaha :p Sadly, they only perform 4 songs. I expect they would sing more. But it’s okay, at least they performed :)
After Parokya ni Edgar, Kamikazee was next. All i did was laughing when they are performing :P Haha. Jay’s punch lines was so benta. Nakakatuwa na ewan, basta :))) Their song Halik was my lss. “Ika’y biglang natauhan. Umalis kaagad ng hindi nag-papaalam. Ang sabi ko hindi kita mami-miss, hanggang kailan ito matitiis…” ♫
We went home at 4:00am after Parokya ni Edgar and Kamikazee performed. And by the way, i as with James, Ali, Arienne and Isay. :) This experience was great. See you soon UP Fair! Till we meet again! <3
